I am delighted to share with you our new book: "Vaccine: The Black Box" No doubt 2020 was a challenging year for some, and tough for others due to COVID-19 pandemic. The early announcement of the vaccine at the beginning of 2021 gave several communities the hope to terminate this pandemic and made them believe they could shortly go back to normal life. Meanwhile, others were doubtful concerning the efficacy of the vaccine itself and advocated against it. In this book, we are representing the two sides – those who are for and those who are against the idea of vaccination. We do so by uncovering the historical fights and presenting various factors (religious, political, personal and industrial) concerning the vaccines and vaccination and by showing how different the perspectives of various people can be. We believe this book will build a bridge of trust and create an open dialogue for both sides. Whether you are off medical background or not, this book will be a valuable source of information. We did our best to clarify the medical terms and conditions and to explain in simple words the mechanisms that might seem difficult at first. Hopefully, this will make the time spent reading this book both informative and useful. How to avoid HPLC missing peaks?

You have prepared the samples, and you injected the first injection you are sitting waiting for your beautiful peaks to show up. You waited a lot, but nothing at all. Assuming you were supposed to have a peak after 15 minutes and you did not get it. Just wait 15 minutes more. If nothing appears, so there might be an issue. This simple guide will assist you to overcome the issue of hidden peaks while using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography). If you are not able to solve the issue, you can contact the service provider to prevent more damages to your device. You can also inform me if you had similar or new situations and how you were able to solve them. Check if you injected the sample Well, believe, or not this might be the issue. You are using many samples, and you forgot to inject the sample or to turn on the auto-injector, and you run the device. Basically, there will no peaks because there is no sample at all. So just inject your sample, and this will solve the issue. Check if you injected the ‘Correct sample.’ I know this might be silly, but you forgot to mark the vial, and you injected a vial of deionized water instead of your sample. Absolutely, no peaks will be found, so make sure you mark the vials regularly. Improper injection volume When you are working with different devices and constantly changing injection volume you might put it ‘Zero’ or ‘.02 instead of 20’. Long time ago, from the moment which the human started to build his civilization, he started to search for resources. Resources for feeding his clan, protecting them and establishment of his own community. It was clear from the begging that collecting these resources without the knowledge of using it would be less than worthless! so he started to learn and educate himself , not only that, he also started to teach the new generation of his community how , where and when they use these resources , all that was for an aim of creating sold community to continue and to survive , then to develop one level by other among all ages . Till now, this moment which I am writing this essay, the concept of learning and sharing the education is becoming understood and generally accepted for most of world countries and most of organizations which call for it. The development of European Union by exchanging European Union students, is best example for discussing my idea’s philosophy. In the world, right now everything is built on exchanges, which mean in all situation the double winner situation, as the country, person. Or society share what we have to gain what it don’t have. By understanding the deep meaning of education we would be able to assure that ,differences is a way to think and the way to start ask questions which lead to increase the background of the learner which meant he got knowledge ! so, no wondering when people travel around to gain the science from different universities because the differences of places mean also different way of getting the science and different way of thinking , how do people in this section of the world think . By forwarding to media ,we are talking about the fastest method of sharing the information with all of it’s forms “ newspapers , radio , TV and internet “ which seems today the most common way also for communication and every country try to sign it’s thump in media productions and start to export their printed media “ magazine and newspapers “ and also the moves making production which considered also a great tool for exporting a local/global vision or ideas or even hopes ! In such cases the message reach from the sender to receiver person passively and got understood well ! Which will move us to 3rd point ( migration ) , as a result of continues stimulation of different cultural and the need to be a part in that region ! Then after specific period of time the community would be affected by migration as a tool for development (according to status of migrated people and their professionally/effectiveness and work )
